Shipping & Delivery Policy
HAIRUN Foods supplies products to international customers under agreed trade terms and shipping arrangements.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains the general rules for production delivery, international shipping and responsibility transfer.
1. Delivery Terms
We may support different international trade terms, including but not limited to:
- FOB
- CIF
- EXW
- CFR
- Other terms agreed in writing
The final trade term shall be confirmed in the quotation, proforma invoice, sales contract or other written agreement.
2. Production Lead Time
Production lead time depends on product type, order quantity, packaging requirements, production schedule, raw material availability and label confirmation.
OEM, ODM and private label orders may require longer preparation time due to packaging design, label confirmation and material printing.
Estimated production time is provided for reference only and may vary depending on actual production conditions.
3. Shipping Arrangement
Shipping method shall be agreed before shipment.
Depending on customer requirements, goods may be shipped by sea, air, courier, railway or other agreed transportation methods.
For bulk orders, sea shipment is commonly used.
4. International Shipping Time
International shipping time depends on shipping method, destination port, vessel schedule, customs clearance, inspection requirements, weather, port congestion and other factors beyond our control.
Any estimated shipping time provided by HAIRUN Foods or logistics partners is for reference only and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
5. Risk and Responsibility Transfer
Risk, cost and responsibility transfer shall follow the agreed Incoterms and written sales agreement.
Once the goods are delivered according to the agreed trade terms, HAIRUN Foods shall not be responsible for risks or costs that belong to the customer under the agreed terms.
6. Customs Clearance and Import Duties
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for import customs clearance, duties, taxes, local inspection, product registration and other destination market requirements.
Customers should confirm local import rules and food product requirements before placing an order.
7. Export Documents
HAIRUN Foods may provide export documents according to order requirements and destination market needs.
Available documents may vary depending on product type, destination country and order conditions.
Documents may include commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, health certificate, test report or other documents when applicable and available.
8. Shipping Damage or Loss
If goods are damaged or lost during international transportation, responsibility shall be determined according to the agreed trade terms, shipping documents and insurance arrangement.
Customers should inspect goods promptly upon arrival and keep all relevant evidence, including photos, videos, container information, carton marks and inspection records.
9. Delivery Delay
HAIRUN Foods shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to shipping schedule changes, customs inspection, port congestion, weather conditions, force majeure, epidemic control, strikes, government actions or logistics disruption.
