1. Are you a factory or a trading company?

HAIRUN Foods is a manufacturer and exporter of pickled vegetables and ready-to-eat food products in China.

We own and operate our own manufacturing facility, which allows us to control product quality, production capacity, packaging standards and delivery schedules more effectively.

2. When was HAIRUN Foods established?

HAIRUN Foods was established in 2001.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, we have been supplying pickled vegetable products to both domestic and international markets.

3. What products do you mainly supply?

4. What packaging options do you provide?

We mainly provide two packaging types:

  • Canned Packaging

  • Pouch Pack Packaging

Packaging size, label design, carton packing and private label options can be customized according to customer requirements.

5. Do you provide OEM and private label service?

Yes. HAIRUN Foods provides OEM, ODM and private label services for importers, wholesalers, distributors, supermarkets and food brands.

We can support customized packaging, private label production, formula customization, multilingual labeling and product development.

6. Can you customize the formula or flavor?

Yes. We can adjust product formula, flavor, seasoning, salt level, texture and packaging format according to customer requirements.

Customized products need to be confirmed through sample testing, product specifications and written order confirmation.

7. Can I use my own brand and packaging design?

Yes. We support private label packaging.

Customers can provide their own brand name, logo, label design and packaging requirements. Our team can assist with production and packaging arrangement according to the confirmed design.

Customers are responsible for confirming that their labels and packaging comply with the regulations of their target market.

8. What is your minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantity depends on product type, packaging format and customization requirements.

Standard products and OEM/private label products may have different MOQ requirements.

Please contact us with your product interest and packaging needs, and we will provide the specific MOQ and quotation.

9. Can you provide samples?

Yes. Samples can be provided for product evaluation.

Sample availability, sample cost and international courier fee will be confirmed case by case. In some cases, standard samples may be available, while customized samples may require additional preparation time.

10. How long does sample delivery take?

Sample delivery time depends on product availability, sample preparation and international courier service.

For available standard samples, we can usually arrange shipment after sample details and courier cost are confirmed.

The final delivery time may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

11. Which courier services can be used for samples?

For samples or urgent documents, we can arrange international express delivery through common courier services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS or other available shipping channels.

Customers may also provide their own courier account if needed.

12. How long is the production lead time?

Production lead time depends on product type, order quantity, packaging requirements and production schedule.

OEM and private label orders may require more time because packaging design, label confirmation and packaging material preparation are needed before production.

13. How do you ship bulk orders?

Bulk orders are usually shipped by sea.

Depending on customer requirements and order size, shipping terms such as FOB, CIF, EXW or other agreed terms can be discussed.

The final shipping method and delivery terms will be confirmed before order production.

14. Do you export to international markets?

Yes. HAIRUN Foods has export experience in Asia, Europe, North America and other international markets.

We welcome cooperation with global importers, wholesalers, distributors, supermarkets and food brands.

15. Can you provide export documents?

Yes. We can provide export documentation support according to product type, destination market and order requirements.

16. How do you control product quality?

We carefully select raw materials and follow strict production procedures. Our production and quality control teams monitor each stage of the process to help ensure product safety, consistency and stable quality.

17. Are the products ready to eat?

Many of our products are ready-to-eat pickled vegetable products.

18. Can the price be discounted?

Our prices are based on product type, order quantity, packaging requirements, raw material cost and export terms.
