Sample Policy

HAIRUN Foods may provide product samples for business customers who wish to evaluate product quality, taste, packaging or cooperation possibilities before placing a bulk order.

1. Purpose of Samples

Samples are provided for reference, testing and evaluation purposes only.

They may be used to evaluate taste, texture, appearance, packaging style, quality level and product suitability for the customer’s market.

2. Sample Availability

Sample availability depends on product type, stock status, production schedule and destination country.

Some products may have standard samples available, while customized products may require sample preparation time.

3. Sample Cost

Sample cost shall be confirmed case by case.

In some cases, standard samples may be provided free of charge, while customers may need to pay international courier fees.

For customized samples, sample preparation fees may apply depending on formula, packaging and development requirements.

4. Courier and Delivery Cost

International courier fees are usually paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Customers may provide their own courier account, or HAIRUN Foods may assist in arranging delivery after courier cost confirmation.

Delivery time depends on courier service, destination country, customs clearance and local import rules.

5. Difference Between Samples and Bulk Orders

Sample packaging, label, net weight, appearance or batch characteristics may differ from final bulk order products.

Final bulk order production shall be based on confirmed specifications, approved samples, proforma invoice, sales contract or written agreement.

6. Sample Testing and Feedback

Customers are encouraged to test samples promptly after receiving them.

Any feedback regarding taste, packaging, formula, size, label or other requirements should be provided before bulk order confirmation.

7. Customized Samples

For OEM, ODM or private label projects, customized samples may require additional time and cost.

The customer may need to provide packaging artwork, label requirements, formula requirements or other technical details before sample preparation.

8. No Guarantee of Final Order

Providing samples does not guarantee product availability, price stability or order confirmation.

Bulk order details must be confirmed separately in writing.
