HAIRUN Foods provides OEM, ODM and private label services for global business customers.
This policy explains the basic terms for customized production, private label cooperation and product development projects.
1. OEM and Private Label Services
Our OEM and private label services may include:
- Private label production
- Customized packaging
- Formula customization
- Flavor adjustment
- Product development
- Multilingual labeling
- Packaging design support
- Export documentation support
- Product specification adjustment according to market needs
Services may vary depending on product type, order quantity and customer requirements.
2. Customer Responsibilities
For OEM or private label projects, customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including:
- Brand name
- Logo files
- Packaging artwork
- Label content
- Barcode information
- Ingredient declaration requirements
- Nutrition label requirements, if applicable
- Destination market requirements
- Language requirements
- Product claims or marketing statements
- Any special regulatory requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their packaging, label content, brand materials and product claims comply with the laws and regulations of their target market.
3. Label and Packaging Confirmation
All packaging designs, labels and printed materials must be confirmed by the customer before production.
Once packaging materials are printed or production has started, changes may cause additional costs and production delays.
HAIRUN Foods shall not be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information, late confirmation or changes requested by the customer after approval.
4. Formula and Product Customization
Customized formulas, flavors, textures, sizes, salt levels, seasoning profiles or other product requirements may be developed based on customer needs.
The feasibility of customization depends on product type, production process, raw materials, MOQ and food safety requirements.
Final customized products shall be produced according to the confirmed sample, specification sheet, quotation, proforma invoice or sales contract.
5. Intellectual Property
Customers must ensure that they have the legal right to use any brand name, logo, trademark, packaging design or artwork provided to HAIRUN Foods.
HAIRUN Foods shall not be responsible for any trademark dispute, copyright issue or intellectual property claim resulting from materials provided by the customer.
Any product formula, production method, know-how or internal process developed or owned by HAIRUN Foods shall remain the property of HAIRUN Foods unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Cancellation of Customized Orders
Due to the special nature of OEM, ODM and private label production, customized orders may not be cancelled once raw materials, packaging materials or production arrangements have been prepared.
If cancellation is accepted under special circumstances, the customer may be responsible for costs already incurred, including raw materials, packaging materials, labor, production preparation and other related expenses.
7. Compliance in Destination Market
HAIRUN Foods may assist with product documents and export support when available.
However, customers are responsible for confirming import regulations, product registration, labeling requirements, customs rules, food safety requirements and sales compliance in their own market.
